This album traces roads like random pretexts. It takes us on an endless journey, made of a thousand detours, traffic lights, tunnels, and bridges. Installed in the back seat of a black car, we cross the city, its neon lights reflected in the chrome. The sedan swallows up the sleepless streets, through the window their pieces succeed one another to the rhythm of the traffic. The drops of water distort the buildings and boulevards in their wake, and behind the window a kaleidoscope of turns and faces passes by. The lines bend, the scenery turns, the lights recede, the car speeds, stops, and sweeps away with its headlights the memories absorbed by the night. They illuminate as they pass stories trapped in another time and rush with these drunken rays to join those of the morning.
