The Empress
Elegant and majestic, the six-headed Empress. Since the release of the album "Tako Tsubo," things have accelerated for the Parisian group. The Empress has certainly retained its taste for dance, grooves laid over a virtuoso bass, vintage synths, and glittery melodies. But it has given itself the freedom to explore other territories, to take a step back with its second album, Tako Tsubo. An album that will earn it a world tour of more than 60 sold-out dates from Philadelphia to Oslo, including notable appearances on the stages of the prestigious Coachella festival, the Pepsi Center in Mexico City in front of 6,000 fans, and the Zenith in Paris. In France, the group won the Sacem Grand Prix du Répertoire for export and a nomination for the Victoires de la Musique. The Empress has established itself as the new spearhead of a certain French touch.
